Moaz Arshad, the consultant behind the systems.
I am Moaz Arshad. I started by building websites, and now I build the systems behind growth. I am a Computer Science graduate, developer, SEO professional and paid media operator with more than eight years of experience connecting websites, traffic, CRM systems, follow-up, and conversion.
I work with clients worldwide, supporting ecommerce brands, service businesses, transport operators, real estate projects, academies, local companies, and agencies.
Who is Moaz Arshad?
Moaz Arshad is a marketing automation consultant and developer who has worked across websites, SEO, paid advertising and CRM systems since 2018. He builds the path an enquiry travels, from the landing page and the ad campaign that produced it through to CRM pipelines, lead follow-up, booking workflows and reporting. If you are looking for the full service view of that work, the marketing automation expert page covers the systems side, and the CRM automation and GoHighLevel service covers how a build runs.
Most businesses do not have a lead generation problem. They have a lead handling problem.
The enquiry usually arrives. What breaks is everything that should happen next.
- A call comes in while the team is busy.
- A form is submitted after hours.
- An enquiry enters the CRM without an owner.
- Follow-up starts two days later, after the customer has already chosen someone else.
My work is focused on making that full path function properly.
How the work developed.
Eight years, five chapters. Each one added a layer that the next one needed, which is why the work now covers the whole path rather than a single channel.

Own ProductsI look for the broken handoff.
The failure is rarely the channel. It is usually the point where one part of the system passes work to the next and nobody owns the gap.
Understand the business
I review how enquiries arrive, how the team currently handles them, where information is stored, and what counts as a successful outcome.
Map the full path
I connect the website, traffic source, form, call, CRM stage, follow-up, booking, and reporting process.
Build what is missing
I create or improve the website, campaign, tracking, CRM structure, workflow, integration, or reporting layer required.
Measure and refine
I use real performance data to identify where the system is still losing opportunities.
I do not begin with a tool. I begin with the way the business actually operates.
I understand what happens before and after the automation.
Automation is the visible part. Its results depend on the website that captured the enquiry, the campaign that paid for it, and the reporting that proves what happened next.
Development background
I can review and change the website, landing page, form, tracking, and technical implementation instead of treating them as someone else's responsibility.
SEO experience
I understand how prospects arrive through search, what they expect from a page, and how website structure affects both visibility and conversion.
Paid media experience
I understand the relationship between the campaign, offer, landing page, lead quality, CRM, follow-up, and booking process.
Automation depth
I build pipelines and workflows around real operational steps rather than forcing every business into the same generic snapshot.
Hands-on implementation
I can move from planning into implementation across websites, ads, CRM, automation, integrations, reporting, and AI-assisted development.
Tools matter when they support the process.
Grouped by what they are for, not by logo. If your business already runs on something else, I work with that instead of forcing a migration.

What clients and teams can expect.
Four practices that hold whether I am working directly with a business or behind an agency.
Direct communication
I explain technical work in plain language and keep decisions tied to the business outcome.
Clear ownership
I define what I am responsible for, what information is needed, and what happens next.
Documentation
I document important workflows, systems, and processes so the work is understandable and maintainable.
Continuous improvement
I treat implementation as the beginning. Performance still needs to be reviewed, tested, and improved.

A project normally begins with a review of the current website, traffic sources, campaigns, CRM, follow-up process, booking flow, and business goals.
Let's look at the complete system, not one isolated channel.
I can review your website, lead sources, campaigns, CRM, follow-up, booking flow, and tracking to identify where opportunities may be getting lost. You get a marketing automation consultant who can also read the code, run the ad account, and show you the work behind the claims.
